Who Are The Professionals Sent To The Care Recipient's Home
- Registered Nurses (RNs) providing individual care and case management for medically prescribed treatment.
- Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) working under a physician's order and RN supervision will administer medication, treatment, and assist the patient with returning to independent activities of daily living.
- Certified Home Health Aides provides personal care
and/or light house-keeping. - Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists provide rehabilitative services in order to assist patient's return to higher levels of functioning.
- Medical Social Services access community resources to acquire the assistance needed by patients.
- Dieticians assist the patient's to follow and plan for the proper diet ordered by the physician
Once a nurse or a clinical representative of Excellent In-Home Care, Inc. receives the referral information, the patient will be evaluated within 48 hours or on the date specifically ordered, a professional clinician or team of clinicians will determine the proper plan of care and will begin to administer that care.
